What Information Do We Collect?
Pride may collect information from you to operate and improve our products and services, promote an enhanced customer experience, provide you with information and to keep you safe.
Domain, Log-on and Location Information
Pride collects domain information as part of its analysis regarding the use of our websites. This information enables us to become more familiar with customers who visit our websites, how often they visit, and what parts of the website they visit most often. We also gather information on Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and version, Internet service provider (ISP), operating system and platform, referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our website (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), date/time stamp including time zone setting, and clickstream data including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL). However, there are areas of the websites that require this information to complete customisation functions. When you place an order, or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

Transfer out of Australia
We may transfer personal information to overseas service providers for the purpose of hosting the website and providing related services. These service providers may be located in the USA, UK, Singapore and other countries from time to time. You hereby consent to this transfer.
Do We Use “Cookies” and Other Tracking Technologies?
Yes. As you navigate through and interact with our websites, software and other services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to obtain certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. The products may use cookies, pixel tags or web beacons.

Pride will not disclose personal information, except as required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to a) conform to law or comply with legal process served on Pride, b) protect and defend rights or property of Pride.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties unless we provide you with notice, except as described above. The term “outside parties” does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, processing your payment, or servicing you. These companies are authorised to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to Pride.

You have the right to obtain access to and correct the personal information which we hold about you in certain circumstances.
We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of verifying your application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested.
If we agree that the personal information requires correction, we will do so as soon as practicable and if there is a delay, we will advise you in writing.
