This Visual Story has been created to help mobility device users plan their visit to the Princess Theatre with confidence by removing as many unknowns as possible. the Princess Theatre is the longest standing operating Theatre in Melbourne’s CBD. The venue holds up to 1500 patrons over it’s three levels; Stalls, Dress Circle and Grand Circle. The venue has a number of different performances over the year, and is currently running the Book of Mormon.

The venue offers step-free access to the Stalls , foyer, merchandise stands, bars and bathrooms. Pathways are generally wide; however, peak times may result in congestion, particularly near the main entrance.
Your visit will all take place in a indoor venue. Flooring may include smooth concrete, tiled surfaces, carpet and ramps. Some performances may involve lighting changes, sound effects, or interactive elements, which can add to the sensory environment.
